Lance Keilers, Administrator Lance is a graduate of Angelo State University and has been Administrator of RCTC since 1998. He is also the Administrator of Ballinger Memorial Hospital. Prior to joining RCTC, he was Director of Behavioral Health and Provider Relations for St. John's Campus-Shannon Medical Center, and Director of Marketing at River Crest Hospital in San Angelo. Lance is very active in the community and serves on committees of various organizations.
